About University of Tampa

The University of Tampa is a medium-sized comprehensive, private university located on approximately 40 hectares of prime riverfront land in the heart of downtown Tampa. It is the school of choice for 9,300 students from 50 states and territories and approximately 140 countries. About a third of its undergraduates are from Florida. Approximately 65% of UT's full-time students live on campus.

The University offers more than 120 area of undergraduate study through a strong core curriculum rooted in the Liberal Arts. Students enjoy some of the most modern housing at one of Florida's oldest, most established historic universities. Ninety percent of housing is less than ten years old. The majority is suite style living.
